Business tools unlock only after a supported paid subscription is verified and your permissions allow access. A personal account or business email alone does not unlock them. Personal items, recovery emails and conversations remain private.

An owner manages staff access; managers can delegate to authorised staff. Keep using My Personal Stuff for your own items.
